2101.53 Saturday Overtime; Administrative Salary Groups 1 through 15.

For regularly scheduled employees (Monday through Friday), Saturdays shall be computed at the rate of time and one-half (11/2) provided such employees have been credited with forty (40) hours straight-time in the scheduled work week. A minimum of four (4) hours shall be guaranteed to such employees.
