An employee who is on short term military training duty shall be paid the difference between his/her regular rate of pay and the pay he/she receives from the military service for such period, for up to thirty-one (31) calendar days in any year. This pay shall not be for the purpose of attending monthly organizational or training meetings in a reserve unit.
