1719.99. Penalty.

No person, firm or corporation shall do any act or thing prohibited by any of the provisions of this chapter or omit to do any act or thing required of any such person, firm or corporation by any of the provisions of this chapter. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
