In the CM district, the minimum lot area required for multi-dwellings under Section 1106.0102 above may be reduced as provided below, provided that the allowed density does not exceed 100 percent more than otherwise allowed by the zoning district. In the CD district, a minimum of two (2) amenities are required for all new developments or redevelopments.
