(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) A person who violates § 73.08 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(C) An officer of the County Sheriff’s Department shall issue a citation to an individual who violates § 73.08 of this chapter. The fine for a first offense shall be $50. The fine for each subsequent offense shall not be less than $100 and not more than $2,500. Violators may be prosecuted through any Tippecanoe County court with jurisdiction over traffic infractions.
