§ 50.20 UNCOOKED GARBAGE FOR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION; RODENT INFESTATION.
   (A)   It shall be expressly forbidden to make uncooked garbage available for animal consumption at any public refuse disposal site.
   (B)   Infestation of rodents and insects on the premises of a public refuse disposal site shall constitute a violation of this chapter and such violation shall be determined by the County Health Officer.
