Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500, and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating insanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the County Board of Health, or by the duly appointed Health Officer of the county, shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
