§ 32.03  FILLING VACANCY IN OFFICE OF MAYOR OR PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL.
   In the event of absence of both Mayor and President of Council at a Council meeting, Council shall choose 1 of its members as presiding officer.  In case of death or resignation of either officer, an election of a successor shall be held at the next regular Council meeting.  (See City Charter, § 4.05)
