(A) Whenever the city finds that any user has violated or is violating this chapter, wastewater contribution permit, or any prohibition, limitation, or requirements contained herein, the city may serve upon such person a written notice stating the nature of the violation. Within 15 days from the date of the notice, a plan for the satisfactory correction thereof shall be submitted to the city by the user.
(B) Annually, the city shall publish in at least 1 newspaper of general circulation that provides meaningful public notice within the jurisdiction served by the POTW, a list of all industrial users which were in significant non-compliance with any pretreatment requirement during the previous 12 months.
