Any user subject to a pretreatment standard or requirements, shall submit to the Superintendent of the Water/Wastewater Division a periodic report indicating the nature and concentration of pollutants in the effluent which are limited by such pretreatment standards or requirements. In cases where the pretreatment standard requires compliance with a best management practice (BMP) or pollution prevention alternative, the user must submit documentation required by the POTW or the pretreatment standard necessary to determine the compliance status of the user. Such reports shall be submitted according to the frequency prescribed in the user's wastewater contribution permit. Periodic compliance reports shall be signed by an authorized representative of the industrial user under the same certification statement listed in § 54.50.
