§ 54.38  PERMIT MODIFICATION.
   A wastewater contribution permit may be modified for good cause including, but not limited to, the following:
   (A)   To incorporate any new or revised federal, state or local pretreatment standards or requirements;
   (B)   To account for substantial changes in the volume or characteristics of the permittee's discharge since preparation of the permit;
   (C)   To account for changes at either the permittee's facility or the POTW, that requires a temporary or permanent reduction or elimination of the authorized discharge;
   (D)   To correct typographical or other errors in the permit;
   (E)   To reflect transfer of the ownership and/or operation to a new owner/operator.
