§ 36.091  MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Building Standards Board of Review shall consist of 5 members appointed by City Council.
   (B)   The appointments (5-year staggered terms) to this Board shall only be made if city employee(s) are performing building inspections and the Board is re-established by subsequent legislation of Council.
