(A) The Board shall meet in January, March, May, July, September and November of each year at a time and location as determined by the Board. The Chair of the Board, or a majority of voting members, may cancel any regularly scheduled meeting or schedule additional meetings provided notice of not less than 24 hours is provided to all members and the media.
(B) All meetings of the Board are open to the public for attendance and participation.
(C) A quorum shall consist of 3 regular members.
