(A) Except for the initial appointments, all regular members of the Parks Advisory Board shall be appointed by City Council for 4 year staggered terms without limit. For terms beginning January 1, 2004, 3 members shall be appointed to serve 4 year terms and 2 members shall be appointed to serve 2 year terms. At the conclusion of these initial terms, all terms shall be of uniform length at 4 years.
(B) All ex-officio members of the Parks Advisory Board designated by Monroe Township, Tipp City Board of Education and Tipp-Monroe Community Services shall each serve 2 year terms without limit.
