§ 36.036  MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   The Community Reinvestment Area Housing Council shall be made up of 7 members appointed for 3-year terms.
   (B)   The committee shall be composed of 4 members appointed by the City Council and 1 member appointed by the Planning Board. Those 5 members shall then meet and appoint 2 members who shall be residents within the area.
