§ 36.016  JURISDICTION; FUNCTION.
   The Board of Appeals shall have the appropriate powers and duties as prescribed by § 153.05 of the Flood Damage Prevention Regulations, §§ 154.02(E), and 154.03(K) through 154.03(N) of the Tipp City Zoning Code, and such other duties as may be required or prescribed by the City Council.
