   Table 154.02-1 summarizes the role of relevant review bodies for each development review procedure established in this code. Section 154.03: Zoning
   Review Procedures establishes the provisions specific to each of the procedures.

NOTE:
[1] The Zoning Administrator shall have the authority to review and decide on certain certificate of appropriateness applications but in some instances, the Restoration Board shall be responsible for reviewing and making a decision on a certificate of appropriateness application. See § 154.03(E)(2) for a determination of the appropriate review body.

[2] The Zoning Administrator shall have the authority to review and decide on most site plan review applications but in some instances, the Planning Board shall be responsible for reviewing and making a decision on site plans. See § 154.03(F)(2) for a determination of the appropriate review body.

[3] An alternative equivalent compliance application related to the RA district shall be subject to review and a decision by the Restoration Board. All other applications shall be reviewed by the Planning Board.
