The Department of Municipal Services shall be under the direction of the Director of Municipal Services, who shall be accountable to the City Manager. He or she shall perform duties as set forth in §§ 34.002 and 34.003. The Department of Municipal Services shall include the following divisions: division of electricity, division of public works; division of parks and the division of water and wastewater.
