§ 34.002  DUTIES OF OFFICERS.
   Each officer or department head shall perform all the duties required of his or her office by the Charter, by law, by this chapter, and by ordinances of the municipality, and he or she shall perform other duties not in conflict therewith as may be assigned by the City Manager.
