§ 32.403 MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS.
   The Commission shall be comprised of ten members, all of whom shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees. Each member shall be a representative from a building trades union recognized by the Illinois AFL-CIO. The Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Commission shall be designated by the President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
