(A) No person may park any vehicle in any manner that violates the provisions of this chapter or any other duly adopted village parking regulation.
(B) In conducting a valet parking operation, no person may obstruct the normal flow of traffic, or block or occupy a "No Parking Zone."
(C) In accordance with § 129E.11, any violation of this section may result in the revocation of a valet parking operation license.
