(A) Except as specified herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon a finding of guilty, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
(B) A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day a violation occurs or continues.
(C) Any penalty for violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be assessed against, and shall be the responsibility of the holder of the valet parking operation license.
