(A) A business or operator may temporarily store customers' motor vehicles only on private nonresidential property, pursuant a written lease, deed or agreement.
(B) Operators may temporarily store customer's motor vehicles in municipal parking lots, which, after a review of the application by village staff and all appropriate village departments, will be specifically designated at the time a valet parking operation license is issued.
(C) Motor vehicles accepted for valet parking shall not be parked on public streets or rights-of-way, nor shall they be parked in private parking lots that have not been specifically approved for valet parking operations in the valet parking operation license.
