The fee for the annual license under this chapter shall be $250. All fees and charges for such licenses shall be paid in advance at the time of application. All license fees shall become a part of the corporate fund of this village. In no event shall any rebate or refund be made of any such license fee, or any part thereof, for any reason including non-use of the license and/or discontinuance of the operation or conduct of the regulated business.
