(A) The provisions of §§ 110.03 through 110.07, 110.09 and 110.10 shall apply to the required licenses for federal firearms dealers and/or gunshops. In addition, § 110.10(E)(6) which is incorporated herein shall be and is hereby amended as incorporated herein to read, only in relation to licenses issued under this chapter, in its entirety as follows:
"Denial, suspension or revocation by any other public body of a comparable license or permit for comparable or similar reasons as stated above."
(B) Moreover, a license may be denied and/or suspended or revoked if the licensee violated the provisions of § 133.41 of this code and/or any other federal, state, county or local law dealing in any way whatsoever, directly or indirectly, with the ownership, possession, sale or use of guns (including discharge thereof).
