(A) Premises used for laundries or launderettes must be kept in a clean and sanitary condition.
(B) No refuse of any kind shall be permitted to accumulate on the premises, and the premises must be kept free from rats, mice, and vermin.
(C) It shall be unlawful to employ any person with a venereal or contagious disease in a laundry or launderette.
