§ 124.126 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.

Every person maintaining a funeral home or engaging in business as a funeral director or mortician within the village shall maintain the establishment and conduct the business in strict compliance with all statutes of the state and all ordinances of the village pertaining thereto.
