It shall be unlawful to install, operate, or maintain any automatic dry cleaning machine except in compliance with the provisions of this subchapter, or without complying with all of the provisions pertaining to the installation and operation of the machine herein contained, or in violation of any laws, rules, or regulations of the State Department of Public Health, relating thereto.
