§ 120.05 LICENSE FEE; CLASSIFICATION OF LICENSES; LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF LICENSES; LICENSES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE.
   The license fee for a tobacco dealer’s license shall be as set forth in § 110.25.
   Beginning on June 1, 2024, all licenses provided for under this chapter shall be classified as follows:
   (A)   Class A - Accessory Tobacco Sales. Class A licenses shall authorize the retail sales of tobacco and/or alternative nicotine products and tobacco- related products in accordance with the definition of accessory tobacco sales contained herein.
   (B)   Class B - Tobacco Store. Class B licenses shall authorize the operation of a retail tobacco and/or alternative nicotine products store in accordance with definition of a tobacco store contained herein.
   (C)   No more than 25 Class A tobacco licenses shall be issued and in force at any one time. No more than 11 Class B tobacco licenses shall be issued and in force at any one time.
   (D)   When the licensee requests a change in location but all other business attributes remain the same, the Community Development Department may transfer the current active tobacco license to a new location, subject to meeting the provisions of the Tinley Park Village Code.
   (E)   No license shall be transferable. For Class B licenses, upon any such license becoming forfeited, void or revoked for any reason, the number of available licenses in that classification shall automatically and immediately be reduced by one.
