§ 119.25 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to engage in the business of scavenger, or the collection or disposal of animal, human, or vegetable refuse or offal without having first secured a permit therefor. The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this code.
