§ 117.13 TRANSACTIONS INVOLVING WEAPONS.
   No pawnbroker shall receive as a pledge or purchase any revolver, pistol, black-jack, or sawed-off shotgun and no pawnbroker shall display in his window or shop any weapons for sale.
