§ 117.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not already otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 110.99.

(B) It shall be unlawful to violate any of the provisions of §§ 117.31 through 117.40 of this chapter. Any person, firm, or corporation violating said sections shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500. Each violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
