§ 116.60 DEFINITIONS.
     The following definitions are applicable to Sections 116.50 through 116.61 of this chapter.
   "DWELLING UNIT." One or more rooms in a multi-family rental dwelling structure or portion thereof arranged, designed and used as a residence or living quarters by one or more persons, and containing therein bathroom and kitchen facilities.
   "OWNER." The owner, lessor, sublessor, or landlord of the dwelling unit or the building of which it is a part. An owner can be one or more persons, a corporation, a partnership, or any other legal entity, jointly or severally, in whom is vested all or part of the legal title to the multi-family rental dwelling structure, or all or part of the beneficial ownership and a right to present use and enjoyment of the multi-family rental dwelling structure, including a mortgage holder in possession.
   "MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL DWELLING STRUCTURE." A dwelling structure containing three or more dwelling units which are held for rental to a non-owner. A multi-family rental dwelling structure consists of both dwelling units and common areas.
