There is hereby established a $20 per dwelling unit fee for the first inspection, or first reinspection necessitated by the existence of violations ascertained during the first inspection. After one reinspection, there is hereby established a $25 fee per dwelling unit for each subsequent reinspection necessitated by the existence of violations ascertained during any previous inspection. This fee is non-refundable once the Building Commissioner, and/or his/her designee, arrives at the site for the inspection.
