§ 116.53 TRANSFERABILITY OF CERTIFICATE OF CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION
     A Certificate of Condominium Conversion issued pursuant to this chapter shall be transferable within the year of its validity to succeeding owners, provided that, within seven days prior to conveyance of the property the owner shall provide notice of the conveyance to the village. Such notice shall include the name and address of the person or persons succeeding to the ownership or control of such multi-family rental dwelling structure. Failure to provide such a notice may result in the suspension or revocation of the Certificate of Condominium Conversion.
