§ 116.51 CONDITIONS OF MULTI-FAMILY RENTAL DWELLING STRUCTURES SUBJECT TO CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION.
   (A)   All multi-family rental dwelling structures to be converted to condominium units shall be free from violations of all applicable provisions of the Tinley Park Building Code and all other applicable village ordinances, codes and regulations.
   (B)   All multi-family rental dwelling structures to be converted to condominium units shall be:
      (1)   Safe for human habitation;
      (2)   Capable of providing, or be in the process of providing under proper permits, adequate plumbing and heating facilities for the entire building;
      (3)   In a safe and sanitary condition;
      (4)   In compliance with all current building codes and fire safety requirements applicable to condominiums; and
      (5)   In compliance with changes in use and occupancy, Section 104 of the comprehensive building codes.
