(A) It shall be unlawful to permit any violation of any ordinance or law on or in any auto court. Such premises must be kept clean and sanitary at all times, and all waste material must be removed therefrom at least once every 24 hours. The Health Officer shall inspect or cause to be inspected each auto court or motel to see to the compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
(B) It shall be unlawful to use or permit the use of any auto court, motel, or any portion thereof, for immoral purposes.
