(A) Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall contain the location or locations at which ice is to be sold and/or the number of vehicles to be used for the delivery of ice in the village, together with the other information required in such application. Whenever the number of vehicles is increased, notice of this fact shall be given to the Village Clerk and the fee provided herein shall be paid.
(B) The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this code.
