(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not to exceed $500 for each offense or jail sentence as deemed appropriate, but not greater than six months. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(B) Any person violating any provision of § 113.36 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day such violation shall continue shall be and constitute a separate offense.
