§ 113.35 DANCE SCHOOLS OR MUSIC STUDIOS.
   (A)    License required. No person, firm, or corporation shall operate or conduct a dance school or music studio in the village without first having obtained a license therefor.
   (B)    Application. Any person, firm, or corporation desiring the license required in and by this section shall make application for that purpose to the Village Clerk, which application shall set forth the full name of the applicant and his address, the location and character of the building wherein the dance school or music studio shall be located.
   (C)    The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code.
   (D)    Premises. It shall be unlawful to conduct a dance school or music studio in any studio or building which is not equipped with sufficient and adequate exits as provided by the village codes and ordinances.
