§ 113.02 APPLICATION; FEES.

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all public shows, theatricals, circuses, and other amusements of the village, whether specifically licensed or regulated under other provisions of this Code or other ordinances, or not.

(B) Applications for a license shall be made in accordance with Chapter 110. The fee for such a license shall be as provided in § 110.25.
