§ 111.04 FEE.

The fee for such licenses shall be as provided in § 110.25 of this Code. Licenses shall be issued only to persons of good character. The Chief of Police shall make or cause to be made an investigation into the character of each applicant and shall report the results thereof to the Village Clerk before any license shall be issued.
