(A) Aiding or abetting. Discriminate against any person by aiding or abetting acts performed in violation of this chapter.
(B) Interfering, coercing or intimidating. Discriminate against any person by coercing, intimidating, threatening or interfering in the exercise or enjoyment of any right granted or protected by this chapter.
(C) Excluding children. Discriminate against any person by requiring, as a condition precedent to the rental of a housing accommodation, that the prospective tenant shall not have, at the time the application for rental is made, one or more children under the age of 14 years or insert in any lease or agreement for the rental of any housing accommodation a condition terminating the lease if there shall be one or more children under the age of 14 in the family of any person holding the lease and occupying the housing accommodation. Any agreement or lease which contains a condition of the type described in this subsection shall be void as to that condition.
