Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500 for each violation. Each day that such violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any fine, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute grounds for the revocation of any license, permit or business certificate issued by the village to the person found to be in violation of this chapter.
