§ 77.07 BLIND, HEARING-IMPAIRED, OR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PEDESTRIANS' RIGHT- OF-WAY.

The driver of a vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to any blind, hearing-impaired, or physically handicapped pedestrian carrying a clearly visible white cane or accompanied by a support or guide dog.
