§ 51.082 COMPLIANCE.

In addition to the conditions provided for in this subchapter, an applicant for a Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Sewerage System permit, shall comply with all of the requirements of the Metropolitan Sanitary District, Manuals of Procedure for the Administration of the Sewer Permit Ordinance, prior to approval of the permit by the village.
