§ 51.002 COMPLIANCE WITH METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT OF GREATER CHICAGO.

All sewers shall meet all applicable requirements of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (formerly known as Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago). It shall be the duty of any owner or agent to comply with such requirements and obtain all necessary approvals.
