(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating § 50.008 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
