§ 50.031 WATER DEPARTMENT TO SEND BILLS; VILLAGE CLERK TO COLLECT PAYMENTS.
   It is hereby made the duty of the Water Department to render bills for service and for all rates and charges in connection with service. The Village Clerk shall then collect all moneys due thereon.
