§ 44.04 APPLICANT ELECTION OF ALTERNATE GROUP INSURANCE.
   A PSEBA beneficiary retains the right to elect any group health plan available to village employees. An election which incurs a premium cost above the cost associated with the basic group health plan will require a beneficiary, his or her spouse and/or dependents to remit the difference in premium costs above the identified basic group plan to the village. The Village Manager will inform the PSEBA beneficiary of the time and manner in which he or she must remit premium payment in accordance with the village's contractual agreements with its insurance providers.
